Change in date to March 1, 2026
Eastern Ontario Power (EOP) is advising customers in the Town of Gananoque that the planned Hydro One outage originally scheduled for Sunday, February 22, 2026, has been rescheduled to the alternate date of Sunday, March 1, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
This mandatory outage is required by Hydro One to facilitate upgrades to its system. During this work, the main electrical feed to Gananoque will be taken offline, resulting in a town-wide power outage.
Eastern Ontario apologizes for any inconvenience that this Hydro One Outage causes our customers. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and visit easternontariopower.com for outage information, or follow EOP on Facebook and X for updates.
