If you are a new resident to the Town of Gananoque, please contact our Customer Service team to establish an electricity account with Eastern Ontario Power: 613-382-2118
 
Our Customer Service representatives can provide information on the account setup process and any documentation that may be required. Please note that a security deposit may be required when opening a new account. To get started, please complete your application through our online customer portal.
 

 

Moving within Gananoque

If you're moving to a new home within the Town of Gananoque, please contact our Customer Service team at least five business days before your move to arrange your electricity account transfer: 613-382-2118.

Moving outside Gananoque

If you are moving outside the Town of Gananoque, please notify us at least five business days before your move by completing the form below or contacting Customer Service: 613-382-2118.
 
We will arrange a final meter reading for your property and collect the forwarding information needed to send your final bill. To get started, please complete the Cancellation of Service Form.
