Thank You to Our Crews
Following the severe thunderstorm on July 1, customers in Gananoque and surrounding communities experienced a widespread power outage.
Our team members worked throughout the night on Canada Day. They continued restoration efforts the following day under a severe heat warning to restore power and maintain reliable service for our customers safely. Their commitment, professionalism, and focus on safety helped get the lights back on as quickly as possible.
We know our customers count on us every day for the energy they need, and we appreciate the patience and understanding shown by the communities affected during this significant weather event.
